Please be sure to completely fill out each form. Once you have completed and signed all the required fields, scroll back to the top and click the green ‘Done’ button. If you do not see a green ‘Done’ button it is because you have not filled out all the required fields and/or haven’t signed the document. Once submitted, you will see a page that says, ‘Thanks! You’ve successfully signed the document. The originator will be notified’. This means you have successfully completed the form, and it will be forwarded to your agent within 24 business hours. To expedite the process, you may email your agent to let he/she know that you have submitted forms successfully.

NOTE: Starting October 1, 2021, every state and territory resident will need to present a REAL ID compliant license/ID, or another acceptable form of identification, for accessing Federal facilities, entering nuclear power plants, and boarding commercial aircraft. This is what we call “card-based” enforcement. The card, itself, must be REAL ID compliant unless the resident is using an alternative acceptable document such as a passport. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary documentation for travel. As your travel agency, we recommend that you either purchase a Washington State Enhanced Driver’s Licence (if you are only traveling domestically) or a Passport Book (not a card) if you are traveling internationally.
